Nice supportive place. There is nearly always someone in the Chat Room to either discuss a problem sitution, SMART itself or to just goof off with. Message board is very active and helpful when attempting to sort through the various aspects of regaining your life. I have been a member for over three years and found the time spent there to have been well spent
