Not so good for flex spending.
Filing paperwork is a pain - you have to print out forms, fill them in and fax or snail them back to Uhc. Ideally filing for reimbursement could be entirely online - fill out an online form and upload receipts. It's difficult to determine your YTD APPROVED claim $. If you file for reimbursement and your claim is rejected, your claim is still added to the ytd claim $ total they show you. That's not good. The claims detail listing they show does not break out healthcare claims from dependent care claims - you have to drill down to individual claims to see which account the claim is against. All in all not very friendly from a process perspective to file claims or from a data presentation/functionality perspective.
