I've been a member of Netflix for five years. The only criticism I have of them is that if you are a heavy user you can forget getting new releases for months. Plan on using redbox for any new releases.
Netflix penalizes you for watching too many movies too quickly.
On the positive side that has given me the opportunity to see other lesser known or even unknown movies I never would have seen otherwise. Many of these movies are very good.
