Dell has the worst customer service so don't do business with Dell if you expect support for their products. Furthermore, they have no regard for the privacy of their customers' information. So if you don't want to get on many Dell junk/catalog mailing lists then don't provide your personal information to them. Even after repeated calls and repeated Better Business Bureau complaints Dell will not remove me from their junk mailing lists.
