My experience was the same as the other reviewer. After a $25 set up fee, and $25 deposit into a mail-forwarding acct, I happily paid the $20 per month to see my mail scanned & shredded. Then, about six months down the road, they informed me the terms had changed, and all scanning and shredding would be chargeable. So, figuring in my small personal usage from the months past, it seemed I would now be getting charged $190 per month. So NOT cool. I cancelled, with venom. Maybe I can find an honest virtual post box... I'm still looking.
