Amazon is A-1: I shop regularly at Amazon and have always found the site to be extremely user-friendly. Once the user sets up an account, purchasing items is simple and fast. You are not asked the same questions over and over again each time you make a purchase, a practice which has discouraged me in the past from visiting other, more complicated sites.
Another benefit of shopping at Amazon is the ability to purchase books, audiobooks, movies, etc. from outside vendors, either new or used, which you may find for sale at a lower price than Amazon's. These vendors' business practices have been checked by Amazon and the companies know they will be dropped very quickly if many customer complaints are generated and sent to Amazon.
