Adobe's awesome color tool Kuler lets users select their own set of color swatches or browse the thousands created by other users. They have settings to help you quickly pick a complementary color scheme, or let you free range. Each color is given in a large size along with RGB, CMYK, HSV, and HEX makeups, and the tool allows you to export the set in Adobe format for use in Illustrator.
