Rate my Gearz: This site is fast becoming the defacto standard for gear rating world of warcraft characters that want to join your raid to fill a PUG spot. While it doesn't show skill, it will show that this person was part of a group that completed the content you're inviting them too, perhaps. So at least you know they have some experience.
