Waited more than 3 weeks for my order to be shipped from Vancouver, BC to Toronto, ON. Order status never was updated on their site from "pending" to anything else, even though the item was supposed to ship within 24 hrs. Did not respond to my numerous emails. Never buy from them, I'm not sure there's even someone operating the site or anything there.
