I am very dissappointed with Mealpayplus. I have been trying to get them to fix a glitch in their system that incorrectly reports data on balances as well as does not list ANY history of purchases. I started having problems with 2 of my sons accounts - from 2 different schools about 2 months ago. Contacted their office, online chat, email, etc. They dont seem to care one way or the other. Even got one of their corporate bigwigs to call me and tell me that he would personally oversee the situation as he didn't realize it was having problems or needed oversight. Well ...... he hasnt overseen anything and no one else has either. In theory it is a great way to pay your childs school lunch.......in practice their bottom line of concern is the fee you pay...not whether or not they are posting the correct information,
