I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering from them. I ordered 17 balls a month ago. After emailing them regularly to find out where my wool was I received 6 balls a week ago but this is 2 weeks after they told me they'd dispatched it. After emailing constantly demanding either a refund or the rest of my wool, I was told that the wool had been dispatched. Still waiting. They choose to blame the bad weather - despite my ordering before the snow- and that they got caught in Spain because of a strike - this in quite an indignant tone as if I was being unreasonable. They've had my money for a month. I am so angry with them. Never, never use.
