NCIX: I have been dealing with NCIX for approximately two years now. I first purchased a complete, hand-selected, set of components (which NCIX assembled and tested) including a Vista Ultimate 32 Bit operating system, and since, have upgraded through NCIX to a Vista 64 Bit Ultimate so I could move to 16GB RAM. I did experience a couple of small Glitches which the people at NCIX bent over backwards to resolve for me. They even took back my first Lian Li V2000B Tower and exchanged it for a PC P80, simply because the wheels on the original V2000B would not lock sufficiently enough to prevent it from sliding around on the desk, and this issue wasn't even NCIX's fault. I have, over the last year, made numerous upgrade purchases by mail for both my wife's computer and mine, and both their service and shipping were top-notch in every way, including delivery within a few days. I have been very fortunate and never had to return any shipped items, all were packaged extremely well and no parts were ever damaged or defective. I've dealt with 4 other stores over a number of years prior to discovering NCIX and I will never deal with any other computer store ever again with the possible periodic exception of Tiger Direct. NCIX doesn't have the lowest prices but are only a couple dollars higher on some items, but their service is unequaled by anyone else. Out of 10 stars, I give NCIX 50+...!
