Things looked great after sign up. Functionality and control panel not bad at all. Trouble started a few days later, my new account gets suspended without a warning. Luckily, I didn't have a live website running yet, in fact nothing much was uploaded except a password protected slideshow to test the performance of the website, but just imagine the horror if I was running an actual site. Regardless of how much I'm paying, be it $4/month or $300/month, nothing justifies suspending your website a whim without a warning whatsoever, and uptime should be one of the top concerns for a host. All I got from them is that the account is being suspended in accordance with the terms of agreement and I should call a number if I want to try to resolve the situation. Of course at that point I was thinking "what a pity", I really wanted to like this host, had a lot going for it but then I really shouldn't stick with one who charged my card and suspended my account without prior warning, even if the solution could be a phone call away, this really wasn't a good start. I emailed them requesting a refund the second day after the suspension notice. Never got a reply. Refund shows up on my card around 10 days later I believe.
