Their tech support is the Absolute WORST!!!Takes forever to get back to you. They dont read previous emails so new help doesn't know what the former tech person said or did. And they are fairly clueless and seem non professional.Also, the Silver package doesn't mean anything.The normal site buildeing is good though, but pray you dont need help.Their help section is garbage also.
