The Comcast.net/My Comcast web page is a very fussy & finicky web page. Although I have set up my homepage, each time I attempt to sign-in, the sign-in page often takes me to the www.comcast.net home page, and not "my Comcast" web page. Possibly this may have to do with the interaction between this web page and the FireFox browser I typically use, because this does not occur when I execute the action through my Internet Explorer browser.
Comcast needs to explore the cause of this type of occurence and work towards resolving the concern.
