I was a Premium Rapidshare user for more than 3 years. After they settled a new marketing policy called, oddly enough, RapidPro, I have decided to quit and look for a better file-hosting option. 
 
What I particularly dislike about the current RS policy is the new Rapids system.  
 
Factors driving me out of Rapidshare: 
- Abscence of any useful information re: Rapids (what is it?!?); 
- Ambiguous explanation of payment system, i.e. the difference between monthly/annual payments vs. Rapids; - Automatic extension of RapidPro accounts; and last but not the least 
- Insufficient explanation of difference between RS Premium and RapidPro accounts.
