Wow, check out other reports about this company before trusting your medical savings account with them. They have lost faxed docs when I get the ok report for fax transmission. Their fax lines go down busy for days at a time. Either they are having cash flow problems, or they are running the operation on a dime instead of a dollar. I have never seen what feels like such obvious impedences to getting your own money back. I am writing my HR dept to demand they look around, this is truly a terribly run company or in the worst case, they hold your money for the longest float possible, its all profit for them and frustration for the client. Pure GM in the 80's and 90s and you and I will pick up their pension plan.
