A great website for a great online merchant: TigerDirect is one of my favorite merchants for computers and electronics shopping. They offer a great selection and incredible values. I like that they have links, to their sales and clearances, which are always clearly visible as soon as you get to the site. They don't try to hide anything, it's all put out for you.
The site is attractive and neat, especially considering that they squeeze a lot of information onto most pages. As you narrow down your search to a particular product, the screens become less cluttered, naturally. Navigation is pretty easy, with tabs across the top for their more major categories, and all the categories listed on the left side of the screen. It's very easy and quick to find what you're looking for.
They offer good information on all products, and what I LOVE is that allow users to write and/or read reviews for each product. I love to get the opinions and feedback of other actual customers before I buy a product, and most of what they sell has some customer rating and feedback. In return, I offer feedback and ratings on products I buy from them.

They offer limited criteria in narrowing down a search, and this is particularly true with their computers. Most computer merchants let you narrow down a search with just about any criteria, but TigerDirect.com limits you to only a few criteria, and often the one I want to narrow down by is not one of the criteria they offer.
Nonetheless, I still find myself doing a little extra work on that end because other than that one problem the site is very easy and fun to use, and TigerDirect.com offers such great deals and merchandise!
