After almost 4 months of heavy duty stress and misery I have finally quit Rezovation GTO (online version). The last drop in the bucket was when they somehow lost all of my credit card information, leaving me to this date still trying to reach guests via phone, email, text messages and even Skype to facilitate for them to reach us since quite a few are from out of country. To make things worse, some of them have cancelled because they didn't want to deal with a shaky business like ours...for loosing their credit card information...That hurts!  
 
While I was dealing with this disaster, none of the people I called and emailed for help at Rezovation ever responded, including the manager. Oh yes, I got one phone call after a few days of dealing with the problem alone, I called the billing/sales department to complain and then they got one of their sales people to call apologizing for the issue. All I know is that I have never dealt with a business this bad and unfortunately it will take a while for me to forget such bad experience. It should be illegal to have business treat their customers the way they treated me.
