Terrible. Over 4 months to process my order, ruined family photos, sent a blank disk, and then drew out the issue resolution process so long that I couldn't enter a dispute with my credit card company. They charged me a full month before delivery. Site difficult to navigate. Service HORRIBLE. It takes weeks - and sometimes months - to get a response, and then they blame issues on the customer and continuously offer excuses about how the response to their LivingSocial deal was wonderful and overwhelming. No customer guarantee at all - they refuse to resolve issues and claim that their staff are experts and would never ruin photos or send blank discs.
