They like to talk about a certain destination then ask you to buy the package that they advertise. Boosting their commission! So needless to say I like simple travel guides which just give you the facts. Don't sell me anything just give me the content, so I really like this right away. I guess if I had to select one thing that I didn't like about wikitravel guides is that they don't offer a lot of media content. It is mostly data or words. I like sites that show you where you are with pictures or videos. Unfortunately we do not get this with Wikitravel. Overall though if I am looking for quick trust worthy content, I will go to Wiki. Typically it is put there by the people of that area, so you get the hometown hookup!

It didn't impress me at all. Typically what I look for in a converter website is simplicity. XE was simply to use, but the navigation isn't very user friendly. I would simplify it. I hate seeing unattractive ad space too. When I first logged on, I saw a flabby stomach. While this has nothing to do with the website itself, it doesn't portray the website and what is try's to accomplish. An appropriate ad would have been something on investing or currency. On a positive note it did offer other services such as trading or transferring currency and others. This is a nice touch.

It is what you would expect from a billion dollar industry competitor. It allows you to set up your travel arrangements with the click of a mouse. One thing that I like about travel websites is their ability to keep things very simple. They still have an advertisement which shows fairs and destinations, but I don't feel like they are shoving it down my throat. I know what is available and there it is for me to browse. I like this about United Airlines. One particular thing I do not like is there colors. I don't feel like it is aggressive enough. I want the menu buttons to jump at me saying "click here." And they don't do this. Overall though it lived up to their industry expectation.

I am glad I was referred to it. First impression was lovely. Sometimes websites have a tendency to throw way to much content at you on their home page. Not on this one, very simple. If I were re-directed in any way to their website, I would have probably stopped to read what it was about. Why? Because their wasn't very much data to sift through! I did a quick search on hotels and flights to see how accurate they were compared to sites I've used in the past. I thought it was fair deals. The one thing I didn't like about this website compared to others I have used was that it didn't have an option to compare to other website searching deals. I like cash back sites (where if they book someone else cheaper they send you a check) etc. This website does have activities search feature which a lot of them don't. Another plus!

I wasn't sure of what my first thoughts were because all I could see was "1 Million Free Seats." I liked this though. If I were a web surfer and came across this particular website, I would have stayed and browsed to see what it had to offer. On a negative note, for everyday users it may be annoying to say the least. The Navigation capabilities of this site are unique in that they offer things most other travel sites don't. For instance the "Ski Routes, and Play to Win." Overall, I was intrigued. I can't say I was impressed, but it is much better than some of the sites I have come across today!

Not this one, if I didn't know any better I would have thought it was an American website. A very professional set-up and search. Easy to navigate. One thing I didn't particularly like is content overload once you navigated away from their home page. I clicked on passenger services and was bombarded by a lot of information right away. I prefer it to be simple and neat, let me get where I am going then deliver me my information. Keep it simple! Overall I would use this site if I ever were to travel in the U.K. Seeing as it is the best source of transportation, and I am a savvy internet user, it would be a win-win vacation!

My first impression was that of a well put together site. It had content which I thought to be relative to the site itself. Very user friendly. I found it to be easy to navigate and I even browsed the forum and found my city to see what they had to say. All good things! I also like when websites put their "search" feature right on their home page. I use this a lot so it makes navigating even easier! On a negative note, I wasn't thrilled about the destination button. A little confusing at first, but once I figured out it was pretty smooth.

I love the availability of what they have to offer. I know immediately what it is they do. I know immediately how much they sell their services for. Or at least what their advertised sales are. I love travel websites which make it easy to navigate which is what JetBlue has done. I am trying to find something about it I don't like, but this one is the best one I have seen yet. It offers simplicity with the bells and whistles of gift cards, car rentals, cruise options, etc. It has what you need all in one stop. The colors are great, really makes the website attractive. If I had to find a negative I would say to make two links for "check in." For people in a hurry this might confuse them. Overall though very professional, and well thought out.

Travel sites occasionally need to pop (standout). Especially if they are websites which aren't into major advertising. They need to do something different. When I go to this site, I didn't know what it was that made them different. It looks like any another travel site and because of that I'm going to stick with what I know best. On a positive note one thing that did stand out to me was the menu "Best Time to Buy." I learned a thing or two, and I think this is a great addition to their web page. Overall the web page wasn't particularly professional, but I it has potential.

What I like about this particular website was its ability to get the job done. I like the simplistic feel of getting in and getting out, to getting on your way. This is very useful when traveling especially if your only needing to get on the web to grab your itinerary. If I am having to wait for a lot of HTML to load, then it isn't going to make me happy. Obviously on the downside, it doesn't have all the bells and whistles other sites would have. I say this is bad, but really it is the only thing I can find wrong with this site. My impression is simple, it should be what every travel site should be.
