I made a purchase by mistake and they refused any attempt at a refund. I contacted MyFonts about it seconds after the purchase but they only pushed back. After a week of emails the support agent said in an email, "I simply cannot believe your statement." What company that has been in business 10 years calls their customer a liar? I never got my $100 back. There are lots of font companies out there - I'd go elsewhere.
