do NOT book tickets on this website - the site stated that the payment did not go through, and when I called my credit card company cheaptickets actually had charged 4x$21 and 3x$1780 to my credit card. Now I have to struggle with them (they do not see those charges earlier than 1 hour after their mistakes have taken place) and with the credit card issuer - who also sucks (United Card from Chase - not recommendable either...)
cheaptickets.com yet another travel website: cheaptickets.com is an online travel company which allows you to book flights, hotels and etc. Just like any other travel website.
The website design is not too bad but the coloring scheme is darker than what I like. But nevertheless it is acceptable.
The search form does not provide any default values nor does the auto complete feature exist/work. So I typed in London and searched for flights and hotels. But it gave me error messages and made me select one airport from the given list. The error messages are really old style which means they appear after you have press the submit button and a new page has returned. But the good thing is that they work and function as they should. However once I went through the page looked good and everything after that was smooth and nice. So the results page was nice and usable.
Another thing I liked about this website was the structured tabs which gave me the options for selecting events and cruise as well as cars and rails.
One thing that really annoyed me was the pop-up advertisement window.
All in all the website was ok, but there is a lot of room for improvement on this website.

It is basically with respect to Orbitz worldwide Inc.who is working as an ideal online travel industry. The site provides basic information like tickets for airway,cruise,rail too and hotel reservations and all these in cheap way therefore the name of web cheaptickets is well deserved for it.But in the site they have mentioned about list of the required document to travel international airway.It must be very relaxing experience to travel with it's help. I would really look forward to it,in future whenever I need to travel by international airway.Overall a good example of online travelling help centre.
