First, paid and downloaded a legal document from Docstoc and it had four spelling errors in it. You'd think if they charge for a document, they could at least run a spell checker on it before putting it online; Second, they are spammers. They keep sending email nagging me to pay for their premium service. I unsubscribed and they keep sending these emails, sometimes two or three days in a row; I suggest if you sign up with Docstoc to use a throw away email address so you can cut them off.

A very useful site. : Great for storing and linking to documents, no requirement to publish documents generally in order to share them. Some excellent tools available too.
