Very helpful site for finding incentives: This is a great web-site for finding grants, loans, and tax incentives. I really like the layout of this site, it breaks down the programs/incentives by state and then lists them out with sub-categories to make sure that you get what you are after and to break down what individuals or companies qualify for. This makes the site very easy to understand and navigate without all the clicking around through different filters. The information provided is very helpful and precise (to the point). If there is one thing that makes this site hard to use it is some of the wording; it isn't in complete thoughts, more of a general description, and some of the wording is hard to read. This is offset by the information provided when you click on one of the links, which gives more detail. I like this site, it has good, relevant information depending on where you live and it is easy to figure out what you qualify for in a certain location.
