this site is total trash. software did not load info input and save. did not get rejection/acceptance email as promised. my suggestion is to use paper. more and more on line providers are just junk.

I entered a review recently, and I do not see it here, so I will try again. My first experience was negative. I created an acct, entered, printed,and saved my 1040, then Firefox crashed. Subsequently, FFFF kept demanding Silverlight (or Moonlight - I use Ubuntu Linux). So I got it. Then all I could get was a blank white screen.  
 
I was disgusted and entered a 1-star review.  
 
Next day, I noticed an email confirming my acct, and pointing out that to re-enter the site one must use a special URL. I tried it, and it worked flawlessly.  
 
Today I just finished and transmitted my return. The site worked flawlessly.  
 
So as long as the user reads and follows directions, this site is EXCELLENT. It is carefully and thoughtfully designed, easy to use, reliable, and does what it claims.
