RIP_OFF and won't return my product because I didn't respond in time. What? I sent a 70-300 macro zoom lens for $76.00. It worked perfectly for me just before I sent it. They "inspected" it and said one of the functions didn't work (no mention of which one) and it would be recycled. Subsequent emails said a contact was missing - still no mention of what didn't work. I asked for it back but was told I was too late in responding. I got nothing, they got a perfectly good lens

They offered me 148 for my laptop. They reduced the price to 81 because two keys were missing. I had included the two keys but only got one of them back when I declined the offer. My laptop was working when I sent it and when they inspected it, but is not working now that I got it back. One screw is missing from the bottom as though the plate had been removed at some point. My laptop won't even boot up now.

Gazelle was painfully slow in processing and sending me payment. They emailed me originally to tell me that they hadn't received my item, but when i emailed them back it turned out that they had received it, but hadn't processed it. By the time i get payment (they just sent out an email saying i would be getting it soon), the whole process will have taken about 3 weeks. Yourenew.com turns electronics around in 1 week, but they recycle fewer items.

Gazelle offered me $141 for my IPhone 3G in perfec condition. When they got it they "inspected it" and concluded it had scratches on the "front and back" and was pnly worth $126. I told them to reinspect and when they wouldn't change I rejected their valuation and asked them to return the Phone. Instead they send me a check for the lower amount. Don't send anything to them. They cannot be trusted,

They offered me $60 for my cellphone. I sent the item to them in its original box with all of the accessories included and they said they can't offer me that price because of the item's condition so I asked them to return it to me. But they returned the item in a Ziploc bag without the original box that I sent to them. And they're giving me hard time in solving the problem. They pretty much didn't solve my problem at the end. So I don't suggest anybody to sell their stuff to Gazelle.
