While this site does have a wealth of information available, I agree with the other reviewer that its content is highly biased toward a fundamentalist hermeneutic. I mean by this that what the Bible says in english, interpreted by the individual outside of the context of the writer, and apart from historical Christianity is how these questions are answered. Use it as a starting point, if you must, but do dig deeper. For example, infant baptism is labeled as patently unbiblical. While there are certainly Christians who feel this way, it is not the view of the majority worldwide, the testimony of the church through the ages, or even the testimony of scripture. Be careful!

Avoid this site. As a mature theology student due to be ordained into the Anglican diaconate ministry in June, and the priesthood a year later, I thought of offering my services to the site until I saw some of the answers posted. All answers have to be 'passed' by the site founder - who is a hard-line fundamentalist and who not only does not reflect the views of the vast majority of Christians worldwide, but equally does not reflect the teachings of Our Lord Jesus Christ, which are based on unconditional love rather than hatred. Bible verses, thankfully, are abundantly scattered, but, just like so many cults do, verses are taken out of context and can therefore be used to 'prove' preconceived bigotry and prejudice.

Within its pages you will discover that Catholics are not Christians, homosexuals will go to hell, women must be subservient to men and suicide victims are evil sinners. Sadly, the views here are more akin to the hard-line views of the Law-biding Pharisees who Jesus condemned than those of a follower of Jesus Christ, where a God of love is Lord rather than words in a book.

I have written several times to the site expressing my concerns, and have never had the courtesy of a reply - which is a lack of good mmanners let alone a lack of Christian principle.

As I said, avoid like the plague. The fewer people who read some of the venomous answers under the disguise of 'Christianity' the better.
