HOW CAN YOU SELL SOMETHING YOU DON'T HAVE. MOST ONLINE SITES KNOW WHAT THEY HAVE IN STOCK AND SHOW THAT NUMBER ON THE WEB PAGE. THE FACT THAT YOU SELL SOMETHING YOU DON'T HAVE IN STOCK MAKES YOU LOOK AWFULLY STUPID AND CERTAINLY UNPROFESSIONAL. AS AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER I WOULD HOPE YOU WOULD OFFER ME SOMETHING IN EXCHANGE FOR THE
INCONVENIENCE YOU PUT ME THROUGH.

Too catalogy: I agree with Patrick, this site feels like a catalog in internet form. I prefer target.com, it's much easier for me to search and find what I'm looking for.

Think of the trees....: This web site reminds me of a digital version of the 100-color crappy ad-flyer inserts that fill my mailbox at home. Except with fewer dead trees.
