Great site recently got a lot better with a fresh new design - especially hotel searching. The macsta review might have been talking about theatre tickets, because lots of the hotel rooms are cancellable on londontown, and I've always found them very happy to help when I've called them.
Be very careful when booking with this site! It is easy to miss the statement that ALL tickets are non-refunable and non-transferable. If you make a mistake your money is lost! They will not be willing to help
LondonTown.com is like a trusted friend: I am not sure how long London Town has been around but it seems as long as the web. What I like is that they seem to have information written by real experts not just a huge phone book written by the masses - really useful recommendations. I also always use LondonTown for hotel booking, brilliant deals but more importantly excellent customer service.
