I am on Cobra, and have always received mail notifying me of open enrollment. I just found out it was in Nov., my clue was when my pharmacy card would not work. I received no policies in mail or online, no cards until I requested them, no ex- planations as to why I was not notified. I did notice my premiums went up dramatically. Most of this is Human Resource's fault, perhaps my ex- had a hand in it, I don't know. When I had United 10 yrs ago through my spouses job, there were many problems. I am going to hope that has changed. If it has, I'll change the rating.
