They are now changeing the price to 15.98 for streaming and dvd instead of 10.99? Also new movies that come on dvd they dont have!!!!!!!!!!!! That is why I am canceling netflix!

I've been a member of Netflix for five years. The only criticism I have of them is that if you are a heavy user you can forget getting new releases for months. Plan on using redbox for any new releases.  
Netflix penalizes you for watching too many movies too quickly.  
On the positive side that has given me the opportunity to see other lesser known or even unknown movies I never would have seen otherwise. Many of these movies are very good.

If possible I would have given this a 4.5 - great for DVD's and downloading media, easy membership sign up, 24 hour support. Limited BluRay content.

We love Netflix. I don't know what we'd do without it. We use Netflix's "Watch Instantly" more than TV. Now we just need to get a TV we can stream it to.
