Schwab Web Site Offers Great Investment Advice: The Charles Schwab web site is a comprehensive overview of the products and services offered by this venerable investment firm. The information presented is well researched and thoughtful, covering all areas of investment strategy. I like the site because of its sophistication and the depth of information presented, from how to get started to active stock trading. They are also very upfront about their fees and commissions. One minor complaint is that there are so many links on the home page; it is hard to find exactly what you might be looking for. However, the Schwab site instills a great deal of confidence in the user and I would feel very comfortable working with them to manage my money.

Good information and layout: This web-site is a nice one due to its varied information and easy to navigate site. The site feels inviting, and it has a lot of tabs to use to find what you are looking for. There is a lot of unused space however, which means that the layout is a little off, this does not take away from the information provided, but it does look a little silly. This is a good site for market and investment advice. You do need to have an account to use most of the features but there is general stuff available to the average person. I feel that the small print at the bottom needs to be smaller; it takes up half the main page. This isn't going to instill an utmost confidence that the products offered are really guaranteed or looked after in a way that limits risk. Again, this does not take away from the information provided, but it does kind of give the wrong impressions.
