Group calls are clearer than any other IM service. Group conversations are ongoing even after users of the group log off. I use this to communicate with a large group on a daily basis.

no live customer service. Unauthorized withdrawals from accounts. Skype account blocked witout notice. Area codes discontinued with little notice. Poor email customer service. I would never purchase skype services.

Where do I find out how to make the webcam work on this Toshiba. I need to have it on desktop so I can just touch the icon and plug in to my daughter in Europe to see my grandchildren. HELP!
