I've been using this service for a year or so and it's been fantastic. I sync my files across my desktop, a windows notebook, and a macbook. Highly recommended.
Great idea, terrible execution. I hours upon hours tracking down the problems that SugarSync caused. Also, there is no customer support, even if you're a paid customer. They claim to have a support website and email, but I don't even have the time to give justice to how worthless they are.
