I feel completely ripped off. Bought a shirt as a gift, it didn't work, wanted to exchange it for a functional one (since that's the only reason for buying it), but it had passed their 30-day return policy. I guess I either ordered it too soon, or never should have ordered it at all. They wouldn't even exchange it! It NEVER worked! Unbelievable...
