good deals, good products, good shipping, BUT, they signed me up for some serice (savingsACE) that autocharged my credit card when i failed to cancel on time. i'm sure some small print sentence was buried in some agreement that i clicked OK to...i consider this UNETHICAL business practice.  
 
If I must order at VitaCost again (and i might, i haven't been able to find some products here on other sites), I will be sure to check all the fine print.  
 
With continued orders that go smoothly, I may increase their rating.
