Probably the best site on the Internet. Definitely the best site there is for customizable products and personal gifts.

I thought Zazzle's website and customizing technology were great. Sometimes it's a bit off for designing.  
 
But, I was rather disappointed by the product itself once I received it. I had purchased a ladies red polo with text (no logo/image) as my embroidery work. The shirt came out to over $40 plus free shipping. Once I received it, I was stunned to find out a women's medium was closer to a kids size. The polo's quality is mediocre. I work in a retail store where we order custom embroidery polos so I know what to look for.  
 
Definitely do NOT buy custom embroidery polos from these folks. I've learned to stick with a mom & pop shop for this kind of work.

Bad service: Their model is very cool. Design, sell, make some profit, easy. So I designed, created at least 10 different shirts. Then I decided to order one for myself. 10 days after my first order I get an e-mail saying they are out of stock for black t's. So, do I want it or wait another ten days? Needless to say, i got my refund and took my designs off. Horrible service.  
Website had a lot of flukes too, like updating products would not work sometimes.
