No Impact Man Doesn't Care If You Are Left or Right, Just Be Green.: Colin Beavan over at No Impact Man speaks on not only topics of making this a greener world, but also topics of humanity and philosophy. His style is welcoming, inclusive and informative without coming across as cynical, which is refreshing in a time when negative environmental news is common and the temptation is to lose hope. The site is active and well traveled by other members of the green community. Each of his posts have links or news items that encourage readers to explore that post's topics. His site has many helpful links to sites that can help people realize a greener and less impacting lifestyle.

No Impact Man, Green to the extreme: No Impact Man is the blog of Colin Beavan, a New Yorker who decided to live a year while making the smallest environmental impact possible. The experiment has ended, but Beavan has continued to blog in general about the impact people have on the planet. The blog (as most do) tends toward personal anectdote, so those looking for specific information may be disappointed, however as a guide to what is possible and inspiration to attain green goals this site is a good resource.
