I love the site but I paid for premium membership by bank transfer and they denied receiving it and ignored all of my emails asking them to sort it out.  
 
Do not trust them with your bank or credit card details!

Is a very good site. A lot of users online - you can chat and exchange letters. Have been recogniced for the European Union Reward for E-lerning. Premium Membership is a bit tricky because it is only possible as a subscription.
