I was very happy with this store until I got some problem with my order. The way they handled it was quite a shock. never experienced this type of customer service, if it can be called a service: rude on the phone, blocked reviews of unhappy customers; no returning of the emails requesting information about a wrong delivery.  
 
as of today, after 2 weeks since I called about the problem, I still don't get the right shipment.
