I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering from them. I ordered 17 balls a month ago. After emailing them regularly to find out where my wool was I received 6 balls a week ago but this is 2 weeks after they told me they'd dispatched it. After emailing constantly demanding either a refund or the rest of my wool, I was told that the wool had been dispatched. Still waiting. They choose to blame the bad weather - despite my ordering before the snow- and that they got caught in Spain because of a strike - this in quite an indignant tone as if I was being unreasonable. They've had my money for a month. I am so angry with them. Never, never use.
I also have had the same experience. I placed an order on 20th February and have still not received it. Today is the 8th April. I have sent several emails the first of which took 2 weeks to get a response. Subsequent emails have had prompt responses but to tell me the order is on its way. If only that were true!
I have similar experience with coolwoolz.co.uk. I placed my order on 22/2/10, and I am still waiting for delivery today (8/3/10). I enquired by email on 4/3/10 but haven't had an answer. I definitely won't be using this site again!!
Horrible place to purchase wool. I made a purchase on 1/26/2010 and still to this day (2/13/2010) have not received my order. They take at least 6 days to respond to my questions and still have not resolved a single thing. I do not recommend buying from this company at all!
