My experience was the same as the other reviewer. After a $25 set up fee, and $25 deposit into a mail-forwarding acct, I happily paid the $20 per month to see my mail scanned & shredded. Then, about six months down the road, they informed me the terms had changed, and all scanning and shredding would be chargeable. So, figuring in my small personal usage from the months past, it seemed I would now be getting charged $190 per month. So NOT cool. I cancelled, with venom. Maybe I can find an honest virtual post box... I'm still looking.

They are a sham. They don't just charge $9.95/month like this page says. They charge $19.99 per month for their base fee, than then $9.95 - $39.99 per month if you want any of their addresses of their addresses other than Portland, Oregon, plus $5/month if you ever want them to shred anything, plus $1.50 per item that you ever want them to scan the inside of or $2.00 for color scans. They used to charge $25/month which included 100 scans free. They did the classic bait and switch. They get you using their service, and then you are stuck because you don't want to change your address with everyone you know. Not cool.
