Son was told that his item didn't work and he would only get $1.43. It did work, but he won't get the promised $10 because they claim it didn' t work. No way to reply to email to have the company send item back. Phone Number???

Scam - gives an inflated value on the site then a much lower (90% lower) value once they receive the items.
