Great Service - but Poor Execution on Web...: I was not a .Mac user prior to MobileMe but have read countless tales that the service has degraded since that time. While the concept is fantastic, the execution is poor overall due to speed. Managing the calendar using the web interface is clunky and slow and iDisk suffers as well from similar problems. On the other hand, I am a MobileMe member and will continue to be since this service allows me to have "push" updates to my iPhone from calendar and contacts. SpanningSync allows me to have my Google Calendar sync with MoblieMe via iCal as well. Thus I am able to make changes anywhere regarding my contacts and calendar (iCal, iPhone, or Google Calendar from any PC) and they are all synced within minutes. For me that service is important. But as a primary service for email, calendar, and contacts using the web interface, I would look elsewhere.
