The site is terribly cluttered and confusing as to where to find things. I don't expect flight status to be in the right bottom!

Southwest Airlines website: Southwest Airlines website is an easy to use site for people in the United States. It makes booking all the more easier, allowing you to do this online. The site has a good details listing the latest deals which is always useful if you are looking for a last minute flight. You can easily access their check in online as well,which takes some of the stress out of traveling. The Travel Tools page is also useful if you want to check on company policies etc.

This is great site, it has all the information you need and none of what you dont: This is a really good site, it is very easy to use. Unlike, some of sites where you can book flights, you dont have to keep going back and forth from page to page to compare values. I like the fact the in the site you have the option for packages, or hotel seperatly. One of the things I didnt like about the site, is that it did not offer live help.  
When you first open the site, the picture sort of puts a smile in your face, its important to feel confortable and that this is not over your head, and this site gives you that feeling.
