Great free site for a quick survey. There's a paid option as well but basic functions are covered quite well in the free plan.

I love SurveyMonkey. I can create a survey in seconds. I can ask a million users if they like my product, or I can ask my friends what we should eat for lunch. Either is super simple. Wishlist: better analysis tools, more sophisticated survey templates.
