Construction goes "Green": The U.S. Green Building Council is an organization devoted to promoting ecologically friendly "green" construction in the United States. The site offers information on the need for green buildings, and methods to build them. Construction techniques, industry standards, education are all extensively covered on the site. The primary weakness of the site is that it focuses on the building professional. Industry acronyms abound, and it can be tough going for the casual reader. However, for those in the construction industry it is a comprehensive place for all things related to green construction.

A Guide to Green Building: I like this site because it has a lot of information on building green. This site provides many LEED courses and webinars as well as case studies and government resources. I really like how easy the site is to navigate and how much information it contains. The only negative thing I see is that the website feels very dull and colorless visually. A little color would make it more inviting and promote happier feelings as you read about such a serious topic.
