If you just need simple outlined documents to share, or creating collaborative drafts, this might be one of your best options. Great google workspace, has helped me tremendously carring team work on the distance. Thought it's sometimes buggy and presents lots of formating problems working to import/export to office suites.

Naturally anything Google is amazing and to be cloud computing. What more could one ask for collaborative spreadsheets and documents?
