Blogger is good. I gave it five stars because I use it a lot. It's best used in Google Chrome -- I've lost lots of work using it in Firefox. (Google owns it.) I prefer WordPress -- the tags in Blogger are messed up, and WordPress just feels better. Still, Blogger is very useful.
I love Blogger: Probably the best blogging platform out there ;-) I give it 4 stars because they lack some features that would have been helpful, like a directory component, etc.
